Yes, to be able to complete the purchase order you need to create an account.
No, there is no minimum amount required to complete the order.
You can add or remove items from your order or change the shipping address only during the purchase process. Once the order is confirmed, it will no longer be possible to make changes.
For any communications and requests, we invite you to use the note/message field at the end of the order summary, in the "history and details of orders", you will be contacted as soon as possible.
Alternatively, write an e-mail as soon as possible to ordini@blendfeelsrl.com with the order number in the subject.

I metodi di pagamento accettati sono: Bonifico Bancario, PayPal, Ricarica Postepay e Contanti (solo per opzione di Ritiro in Sede). Il pagamento in Contrassegno è momentaneamente sospeso a causa dell’attuale emergenza COVID-19.
Certamente, il cliente dovrà inviare una mail all'indirizzo ordini@blendfeelsrl.com, specificando numero d’ordine e metodo di pagamento alternativo.
Il pagamento in contanti è consentito solamente presso la nostra sede, al momento del ritiro dell’ordine, a condizione che le somme da corrispondere siano quanto più vicine a quelle indicate sull’ordine, a causa di una liquidità di cassa ridotta.

from the day following shipment, it is possible to request shipment tracking by sending an email to info@blendfeelsrl.com or calling the office during business hours.. Any request received after 17:00 will still be handled the next day.
The costs of shipments are subject to changes according to the weight, volume and destination of the goods, it is recommended to consult point 4. "DELIVERIES", in the section "Conditions of Sale and Delivery".
The courier is identified depending on the volume and weight of the shipment. In principle, shipments of less than 3 kg will be handled by courier GLS, the remaining by courier SDA.
Foreign shipments are usually handled by TNT courier.
