Is it necessary to register on the site to buy Blendfeel products?

Yes, to be able to complete the purchase order you need to create an account.


Is there a minimum purchase amount?

No, there is no minimum amount required to complete the order.


Can I modify an order?

You can add or remove items from your order or change the shipping address only during the purchase process. Once the order is confirmed, it will no longer be possible to make changes.

For any communications and requests, we invite you to use the note/message field at the end of the order summary, in the "history and details of orders", you will be contacted as soon as possible.

Alternatively, write an e-mail as soon as possible to ordini@flavors4you.com with the order number in the subject.


Can I cancel an order?

If the order has not yet been shipped, you can request its cancellation by contacting the administration. In case of payment already made, we will refund the full amount through the payment method selected at the time of purchase, unless otherwise stated.


Can I buy directly at the office/shop?

Withdrawal in the center is only possible after an online order has been created.Once the goods will be available for collection, the customer will receive a confirmation email and can go c/o our production site in Via Cavour 85/87, in Senago (MI).


How soon will my order be processed?

Orders are usually processed on about 2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays). In case of delays or problems related to the lack of products, the competent office will contact the customer to provide clarification on the matter.


Can I place an order in my own name on behalf of another person?

Of course, however, please check that the invoice and/or delivery address corresponds with the indicated tax code: if there are any discrepancies, we will not be able to process the order and invoice it correctly.
