Why X60 is so smart

Ultra concentrate of 10 ml with 18 mg/ml of nicotine

Mix the 10 ml ultra concentrate with 50 ml neutral base with or without nicotine, predictably 20 ml Pg and 30 ml Vg

Obtain from 3 to 19.5 mg/ml of final nicotine.

Add 50 ml of nicotine-free base to obtain a nic concentration of 3 mg/ml. To obtain 19.5 mg/ml, add 5 x 10 ml bases with 20 mg/ml of nicotine.
