Dom is back with its typical characteristics of the artisan pastry tradition, the one that has made famous a soft and natural leavening pastry with citrus candied fruit. Dom translates into a liquid the main aromatic themes of a recipe historical and known all over the world.
The 2020 recipe has been slightly modified, trying to make it as much as possible comparable with the typical dessert. All you have to do is find out if we did.
