1. RECEIVING THE GOODS

Delivery of goods takes place exclusively at street level without prior notice during courier working hours: from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM and from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM on weekdays only.

If delivery cannot be completed due to the recipient's absence, a re-delivery attempt will be made in the following days. If unsuccessful, the package will be stored at the courier's local depot for 5 days.

If delivery needs to be made to a third party, this must be specified at the time of order.

2. DELIVERY TIMES

All orders with confirmed payment by 12:30 PM will be shipped from our warehouse within the next 24 hours unless otherwise agreed.

Delivery times within Italy are as follows: generally within 24 hours, except for Sardinia, Apulia, Basilicata, Calabria, and Sicily, where the delivery time will be at least 48 hours.

Strikes and disruptions in courier operations that may cause delivery delays are not attributable to our service, which is considered complete once the goods leave our warehouse.

4. ORDER TRACKING

Upon order confirmation, the customer will receive the tracking information via the email provided at registration. The email is sent directly by the courier. If you do not receive it, check your spam folder.

5. SHIPPING COMPANY

Flavors4you ships within Italy via GLS.

6. GOODS INSPECTION

It is the recipient's responsibility to check upon delivery that:

  • The number of packages matches the transport document.

  • The packaging is intact, not damaged, wet, or opened.

If there is visible damage, the package should be refused. Disputes must be made at the time of delivery. Once paid and collected, the goods are the property of the buyer and travel at their risk. We recommend opting for shipping insurance during checkout.
