My shipment is delivered but I have not received anything: how is it possible?
Most orders are delivered on time and without incident, but sometimes it is possible that the shipment status is 'delivered' and you have not received your packet.
If the tracking information indicates that the package has been delivered and you have not received it:
- If other people live with you at the same address, check if the package was delivered to them or if they refused delivery.
- If you live in an apartment building with a concierge service, check whether the package is with the concierge.
- Check whether a postcard has been delivered to your letterbox regarding your shipment. Follow the instructions on the postcard for more information on how to collect or return your package.
