How can I track my shipment?

Starting from the day following shipment, it is possible to request shipment tracking by sending an email to info@flavors4you.com or calling the office during business hours.. Any request received after 17:00 will still be handled the next day.


How much is the shipment?

The costs of shipments are subject to changes according to the weight, volume and destination of the goods, it is recommended to consult point 4. "DELIVERIES", in the section "Conditions of Sale and Delivery".

Promotion until 30/09/2022: fixed shipping cost 5€ for any order!


Which courier will carry out the shipment?

The courier is identified depending on the volume and weight of the shipment. In principle, shipments of less than 3 kg will be handled by courier GLS, the remaining by courier SDA.

Foreign shipments are usually handled by TNT courier.


Can I change the shipping address?

It is always possible to change the shipping address before the goods are entrusted to the freight forwarder.

If the order is already shipped, it is still possible to change the destination of the order. In this case, delivery delays may occur due to remodeling by the courier.


How soon can I receive the goods?

Shipping times are generally 24h on the national territory, except for Calabria, Sardinia and Sicily that are reached within 36/48h.

In the months of higher or lower coverage (e.g. August and December) delivery times may slow down, as well as strikes, adverse weather conditions, natural disasters and other conditions beyond our and/or the courier's control.


Can I book delivery date and time?

It is possible to request telephone notice prior to delivery at a surcharge of 4€ compared to standard shipping.


The package I received has signs of tampering: what should I do?

If your package is damaged or not intact, please contact our Customer Service.

To facilitate the management of the report we ask you to take some pictures of the package received (box, seals, etc.).


I received an order with an incorrect / missing product: how can I do?

The customer is obliged to check the correspondence of the quantity of packages indicated in the transport document or by means of the driver's PDA.

He/she is also obliged to examine the goods received accurately upon delivery and to notify Blendfeel in detail, within 3 (three) days of receipt, of any defects found - or which may be found - as a result of such examination, or to make any other complaint regarding the products.

In the event that he fails to make the aforementioned communication, the items shall be considered definitively accepted and in conformity with the order.

It is understood that the customer may refuse the delivery, by the carrier, of packages with damaged packaging and must, in this regard, immediately inform Blendfeel of the incident, by contacting our Customer Service; otherwise, the delivered goods shall be deemed accepted in their entirety in the state in which they are at that moment.


My shipment is delivered but I have not received anything: how is it possible?

Most orders are delivered on time and without incident, but sometimes it is possible that the shipment status is 'delivered' and you have not received your packet.

If the tracking information indicates that the package has been delivered and you have not received it:

  • If other people live with you at the same address, check if the package was delivered to them or if they refused delivery.
  • If you live in an apartment building with a concierge service, check whether the package is with the concierge.
  • Check whether a postcard has been delivered to your letterbox regarding your shipment. Follow the instructions on the postcard for more information on how to collect or return your package.

What do I need for collection at your office/shop?

For the withdrawal at our production site is required the communication of the name of the holder of the purchase.


Can I have my order collected by a person other than the order holder?

Of course, it is necessary for the person who will be collecting to communicate the name of the order holder.


Can I send my own courier to pick up the order?

Certainly, you only need to select the "pick-up at your headquarters" option during step 3. "Shipping method" in the order confirmation procedure, taking care to add the appropriate specification in the notes field "If you would like to add a comment to your order, please write it below".

Once you have completed the purchase procedure, please wait for the e-mail from our administrative department containing the weights and measurements of the packaging to book the pick-up.
