ZERO - What it contains, we know its ingredients

Let's discover ZERO , a preparation that provides Vaper with an alternative to Nicotine.

Let's discover ZERO , a preparation that provides Vaper with an alternative to Nicotine.

ZERO is made up of a mixture of alkaloids and L-ascorbic acid solubilized in a base containing Glycerin and Propylene Glycol or only in Propylene Glycol.

Both alkaloids of natural origin are Piperine and Ordenine HCL and, as mentioned above, it contains vitamin C in the form of ascorbic acid.

Before going into the description of the components of ZERO , let's try to remember the effects of Nicotine which is commonly used, or better inhaled. This acts on the body primarily by releasing adrenaline, dopamine, serotonin, beta-endorphin and vasopressin, in summary the effects:

-dopamine: induces joy, reduces appetite

-Norepinephrine: exciting, reduces appetite

-Acetylcholine: exciting, improves perception

-Vasopressin: improves memory

-Serotonin: improves mood, reduces appetite

-Beta-endorphin: reduces the state of fear and tension

From the consideration of these effects, a formulation was studied that tended to provide equivalent effects without having the toxicity of nicotine and its psychoactivity.

Let's see them

La Piperina

It is a piperidine alkaloid characterizing black pepper, it is found in the surface layer of the piper nigrum fruit, it is a crystalline and colorless substance, it has a bitter taste and involves the flavor of pepper.

Piperine may have antidepressant functions in relation to the neurotransmission of dopamine and serotonin, two chemicals that are often insufficient in depressed individuals.

A piperine test on rats showed that the supplement had antidepressant and cognitive enhancement effects in animals. These results were published in "Food and Chemical Toxicology" in 2008. Another study published in "Pharmacology, Biochemistry and Behavior" in 2009 found that piperine increased the neurotransmission of serotonin and dopamine,

The Hordenine

Orderdenine HCL is used as a supplement, it is derived from phenylethylamine which is also found in barley malt and bitter orange.

Ordenine is believed to have an adrenergic effect (Adrenergic receptors are membrane receptors that interact with adrenaline among other things). If administered intravenously, it is also considered a stimulant of the central nervous system and a slimming substance as it slows digestion by suppressing the stimulus of hunger, the simultaneous administration of tyramine and noradrenaline increases its effect.

L-ascorbic acid

L-ascorbic acid is an organic compound with antioxidant properties, man needs its availability, it is a very soluble and weakly acidic solid substance that if oxidized can have a yellowish color.

L-ascorbic acid acts as a cofactor of dopamine-b-hydroxylase in the hydroxylation of dopamine to noradrenaline. Furthermore, this vitamin plays an important role in detoxification from toxic metabolites. Ascorbic acid is believed to stimulate the synthesis of cytochrome P450 and therefore the body's immune defenses.

EFSA (European Food Safety Authority) has authorized the CLAIMs according to which vitamin C increases iron absorption and contributes:

- to maintain the normal functioning of the immune system, even during and after intense physical exercise;

-the normal synthesis of collagen for the normal functioning of bones, teeth, cartilage, gums and skin;

-to normal energy metabolism;

-the normal functioning of the nervous system;

-to normal physiological functions;

-to protect cells from oxidative stress;

-to reduce tiredness and fatigue;

-the regeneration of the reduced form of vitamin E.

The set of three components has been dosed, balanced and also studied in terms of solubility to provide a sum of contributions that are close to the effects of nicotine despite having no relationship in terms of chemical structure. Last but not least, piperine has been used to enhance the "hit in the throat" so loved by those accustomed to smoking or using the electronic cigarette.

The use of the product must always take place without exaggeration and in a way that is compatible with your body, the treating doctor can be a valuable aid in verifying any personal contraindications
