Absolutely not, it is a mixture of alkaloids and vitamin

How should 10 mL concentrated flavourings be diluted?

The 10 mL flavourings are classically used in a 10% blend, so they should be added to 90 mL of base.

Each consumer can dose as he or she likes, depending also on his or her system and the blend used. In the case of blends with a high VG content, it is recommended to use the flavourings at least at 15%.

At any time, by accessing the "Addresses" section in your personal account, you can change your tax details. In case of variation of the VAT number, however, you will have to proceed with a new registration.

Is there a minimum purchase amount?

No, there is no minimum amount required to complete the order.

Can I modify an order?

You can add or remove items from your order or change the shipping address only during the purchase process. Once the order is confirmed, it will no longer be possible to make changes.

For any communications and requests, we invite you to use the note/message field at the end of the order summary, in the "history and details of orders", you will be contacted as soon as possible.

What payment methods are allowed?

Payments can be made in the following ways:

a) cash on delivery, there is a fixed cost of € 1.50 for handling charges and a variable cost of 0.8% calculated on the total amount invoiced

b) by bank transfer (Banca di Credito Cooperativo di Sesto San Giovanni - Agenzia Paderno Dugnano IBAN: IIT53A084533352 000 000 0229670 BIC: ICRAITRRCL0);

c) by Satispay

d) by credit card through Nexi's Xpay service

e) by cash, within the limits permitted by the laws in force only in the case of collection at the premises.

Can I change the selected payment type?

Certainly, by sending an e-mail to ordini@flavors4you.com and specifying the order number and alternative payment method.

Is it possible to pay cash for an order with collection at your location/shop?

Payment in cash is only permitted at our headquarters, upon collection of the order, provided that the sums to be paid are as close as possible to those indicated on the order, due to reduced cash liquidity.

How can I track my shipment?

Starting from the day following shipment, it is possible to request shipment tracking by sending an email to info@flavors4you.com or calling the office during business hours.. Any request received after 17:00 will still be handled the next day.

How much is the shipment?

The costs of shipments are subject to changes according to the weight, volume and destination of the goods, it is recommended to consult point 4. "DELIVERIES", in the section "Conditions of Sale and Delivery".

Promotion until 30/09/2022: fixed shipping cost 5€ for any order!

Which courier will carry out the shipment?

The courier is identified depending on the volume and weight of the shipment. In principle, shipments of less than 3 kg will be handled by courier GLS, the remaining by courier SDA.

Foreign shipments are usually handled by TNT courier.
